We start every healthcare project by understanding the emotions of patients, caregivers, and medical personnel. Diary study, contextual inquiry, and card sorting techniques are used to explore user fears and motivations.

All findings are compiled into an empathy map and journey map which are then presented to the client's medical team.

Multi Stage Validation

  1. Prototype fidelity rendah: ensure the information structure is easy to understand.
  2. Interactive prototype: testing microcopy, educational illustrations, and consultation flow.
  3. Limited pilots: monitor medical indicators and patient satisfaction directly.

Each stage has a compliance checklist such as digital informed consent and data security.
